Favourite Snacks!
I must admit, I am such a big snacker. Honestly, a lot of my day is taken up either eating or thinking about eating. I just love tasty treats, is that such a crime? So I thought I'd share some of the snacks that I have recently been loving!
Next up is something that I was surprised I liked - greek style yoghurt. I am not a massive fan of yoghurt so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these. In an effort to consume more calcium I gave these a go and haven't looked back. I have tried the peach flavour (pictured above) and also the mango and papaya flavour too. I enjoy both flavours just as much as the other, it just depends what my local supermarket is stocking (and what's on offer!).
First up is something a little healthy - peanut butter and apple slices. I've only recently been eating this but honestly it didn't take much time to become one of my favourite snacks, especially if there's a lot of time in between meals. I tend to eat this as an afternoon snack, between lunch and dinner, as I've found eating apples too late in the evening gives me stomach ache - something that I eagerly want to avoid.
I like Sunpat Smooth Peanut Butter (find it here), but in all honestly I haven't tried crunchy peanut butter so you can use whichever you prefer.
Next up is the Nature Valley Protein Peanut and Chocolate cereal bars. These are great for a quick snack whilst out and about as they are nutritious and super tasty. They're also filling enough to fill that hunger hole until you get home and can grab something else to eat! I tend to keep one of these in my bag so if I get hungry while I'm out and can't buy anything, I have something to keep me going. Also, if you're conscious about foods containing gluten, you'll be pleased to hear these are gluten free!
I bought mine from Morrisons and you can find them here.

Something else I can't get enough of recently are the new Pringles Street Food Mac & Cheese. As a notorious mac & cheese lover I had to try these as soon as I saw them in the shop. I liked them that much that I have just finished my second tube. I must admit I don't have the largest sweet tooth in the world so when it comes to snacks I tend to lean towards saltier snacks (despite most of the food in this post being predominantly sweet).
The saying 'once you pop you can't stop' definitely runs true with these as I struggle to stop eating them!
If you're also a big mac & cheese fan then give these a go if you see them in your local supermarket! ASDA, Morrisons and Tesco stock them (to my knowledge) so you're sure to pick up a tube. I have also tried the chilli flavour, however these were kind of disappointing and I haven't yet finished the tube. The heat was there but the flavour wasn't, I enjoy spicy food and these just didn't do anything for me. But to each their own!
These were just a few of my favourite go-to snacks that I've been enjoying recently. Let me know what yours are in the comments below or hit me up on twitter!
